• Colours may vary slightly due to screen brightness — but quality, print, and embroidery match our pictures
• Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors

Ordering & Payment

• You must be 18+ to place an order
• All orders require valid contact information (name, address, phone)
• We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery
• Orders are confirmed once payment is received

Pricing

• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.)
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time
• Sale prices are valid only during the promotion period
• Refunds are issued at the price paid, not current prices

Liability
Fashion Fairy is not liable for:

• Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances
• Damage during transit by courier (though we pack carefully)
• Loss of enjoyment or business due to product quality
• Indirect or consequential damages

All content on FashionFairy.pk — images, text, logos, designs — is our property. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute without permission.

User Conduct
You agree not to:

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch (within 24 hours). Once dispatched, standard return policy applies.
• Cancellation refunds take 3–5 working days.
