Not happy with your fabric? No problem! We offer a hassle-free return within 15 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
Your fabric must be:
- ✓ Unused & uncut — no stitching, no alterations
- ✓ Undamaged — in original condition
- ✓ Original packing — with all tags intact
- ✓ In the same condition as received
How to Return
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email
- We'll arrange a free pickup from your location
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days
Refunds
- Full refund if the fabric is returned in original condition
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method (bank account for COD customers)
- Processing time: 3–5 working days after inspection
What We Don't Accept
- Fabric that's been stitched, cut, or altered
- Damaged or soiled items
- Returns after 15 days from delivery
- Fabric without original tags or packing
